If you are not satisfied with a digital course you purchased, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued.

Exceptions

Refunds will NOT be provided if:

• You have completed more than 30% of the course content.
• You have downloaded the course resources/certificates.
• Your request is made after the 7-day period.
